Four Game WNBA Slate

So this is a complicated slate with a bunch of injury news.

Laysha Clarendon, Damiris Dantas: Out. Sylvia Fowles: Questionable

Jordin Canada: Out

Sami Whitcomb: Questionable

Satou Sabally: out

Kristi Toliver: out

Candace Dupree: Questionable

So the center of this slate is the Minnesota Lynx. If Fowles misses this game the Lynx just will not have a lot of players. And if Aerial Powers is still on a minutes limits, there will be only so many players they can use. Crystal Dangerfield busted last game but a large part of that was foul trouble. She picked up two fouls in the first three minutes and then another foul when she cam back in. I am going back to Dangerfield and will lock her on FanDuel. The fact is all the Lynx are viable: Kayla McBride, Naphressa Collier, Jessica Shepherd and God help me for saying it, Bridget Carleton (Waddell rejoices). Stack up the Lynx if Fowles is out. Achowa is close to min price and also was in foul trouble hell last game which limited her minutes.

Fair warning on the Sparks: this is their 13th day of a 15 day road trip. They could be very tired. Toliver is out so I like getting Tera Cooper here. Other than that there are not many players I like.

Dallas-Atlanta

This game might be forgotten. If Candace Dupree plays I have no interest in the Atlanta front court, but if she is out you can take shots on Monique Billings and Elizabeth Williams. Courtney Williams and Odyssey Sims are decent plays and Tiffany Hayes is too cheap on DK.

Arike Ogwunbale is the number one guard play on the slate. Isabelle Harrison is also a strong play even at her elevated price. You can take shots on Marina Mabrey, Moriah Jefferson and Bella Alarie in GPPs, but I prefer the value on Minnesota.

Chicago-Vegas

Chicago has everyone healthy and priced appropriately in a tough matchup. Azura Stevens is still too cheap but other than Stevens I don’t like getting too much of Chicago.

I love Aja Wilson in games for Vegas that I think will stay close as well as Elizabeth Cambage. Chelsea Gray is cheap enough for shots in GPPs. Riqona Williams is a decent value play but I still like the Lynx value better.

Jordin Canada started the last game for Seattle but she is out here, so it’s unclear who will draw the start. My guess is Epiphany Prince but it’s just a guess. Breanna Stewart is the number one play on the slate. I think Jewel Lloyd is playable in GPPs as this game will be up tempo. You can also get to some Mercedes Russell.

The Liberty are in an interesting spot. I like both Sabrina Ionescu and Laney regardless of whether Sami Whitcomb plays. Natasha Howard is in a good revenge spot against a poor defensive front court. Rebecca Allen was helped greatly by 8 stocks last game but she is looking at about 30-35 minutes in this spot.

Stud rankings
